Megamat vertical carousels consist of shelves that rotate up or down via the shortest path, delivering items to an ergonomically positioned pick window. The Megamat vertical design maximizes the use of overhead space and can recover up to 75% of the floor space required for traditional shelving systems.

Carriers or shelf levels can be equipped with partitions and dividers, additional shelf levels and roll out drawers to store totes, containers, cases, cartons and specialty holders to meet virtually any requirement.

TiC (Transaction Information Center) pick-to-light technology and multiple levels of software help increase operators productivity and accuracy. Bar code scanners, weigh scales, bagging and tagging operations and custom posting board designs to promote batch picking are available.
